Jack Stuart Plotnick (born October 30, 1968) appears as Ted, a former friend who works in the Niedermeyer Building, turned nemisis to Shawn, in 2 episodes, "Risky Bid-ness" and "Ted's Revenge" in seasons 3 and 44. Jack is a multitalented film, TV and voice actor.
Born in Worthington, Ohio, a Columbus suburb, Plotnick is based in Hollywood. Plotnick is best known for performances on Ellen, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, as the voice of Xandir on Drawn Together, and his drag persona, "Evie Harris" in Girls Will Be Girls.[1]
